Coach Matt Elsbecker is entering his 11th year as the Dodger's Head Baseball Coach. He has led the Dodgers to four state berths in 2005, 2007, 2009, and 2011. He has taken a program that wasn't respected by many across the state and has begun to turn that around. He has instilled in the players the importance of "Earning Respect" from those you compete against and the members in our community. Coach Elsbecker is happily married to Melissa Elsbecker and they are proud parents of 5 great children: Zach, Chloe, Mackenzie, Elijah, and Maggie. Coach Elsbecker is also a Social Studies Teacher at Fort Dodge Senior High.

Coach Blake Utley enters his 9th season as a Dodger Baseball Coach. He is the Assistant Varsity Coach and works mainly with the outfielders. Coach Utley is also in charge of the weight training program for the baseball players. Coach Utley is a Physical Education Teacher at Fort Dodge Senior High. He is currently working towards his Master Degree in Physical Education at Emporia State University. Coach Utley is happily married to Lacey Utley.

Coach Jordan Miller is entering his 8th season as a Dodger Baseball Coach. Coach Miller is the Head Sophomore Baseball Coach and does a great job preparing his players to become varsity baseball players. Coach Miller is currently working at Hy Vee in Fort Dodge.
Coach Jamie O'Meara is entering his 3rdd year as a volunteer coach for the Dodgers. Coach O'Meara has taken over the position of working with the pitchers on the varsity team. Coach O'Meara is currently employed at Boehringer Ingelheim.

Coach Aaron Miller begins his 4th year as a Dodger Baseball Coach. He is the freshman coach. Aaron recently graduated from Bethany Lutheran College.
Jerry Ellendson has come back to join the Dodger baseball team as a volunteer coach this summer. Jerry is a 2009 graduate of FDSH and is currently playing baseball for Coe College in Cedar Rapids. Jerry is assisting with the Freshman team this summer and is also running our future Dodger Baseball program.here to edit this text
